Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, we will promptly send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Additionally, we will email you again to confirm the dispatch of your order, indicating the acceptance of the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be officially accepted once you confirm it through the email or mobile.

Please note that the dispatch of the product(s) you ordered may occur at different times.

Before handing over the product(s) to our trusted delivery partners, we carefully inspect and package them.

Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. If they encounter any issues reaching the provided address or at a convenient time, they will get in touch with you to resolve the matter.

We typically dispatch most orders within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

For orders within India and the United States, there are no shipping charges if the order value is INR 499 or higher in India and US$ 25 or higher for international orders. However, if your order falls below INR 499 or US$ 25, a shipping charge of INR 50 or US$ 5, respectively, will apply.

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 days from order confirmation within India and 7-10 business days for international orders.
