Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before Shipping:
You may cancel your order, but only if it has not been shipped yet. To request a cancellation, kindly contact our customer support team via email at support@vaamveda.com. We will process your cancellation request and initiate a refund within 7 business days after acknowledging the request. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
We do not accept returns or initiate refunds unless the product falls into one of the following categories:
The product was damaged during transit. The product has physical defects. An incorrect product was shipped to you.
Returning Products:
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please send an email to support@vaamveda.com along with photos of the damaged/incorrect product to support your request.
Conditions for Returns:
We will not accept returns if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the product's serial number has been tampered with. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to validate the claim.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved as eligible, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
For online payments, we will refund the amount to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after receiving your refund request.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of your refund request. Insurance We provide transit insurance, which covers the products only up to the time of delivery acceptance.

Vaamveda Healthcare is committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause shipping delays. In such cases, our customer management team will contact you to provide updates on your order's status.
